They're all around,
and very easy found.
Right next to you,
stare right through you.
Their coldness freezing,
ice storm teasing.
Piercing your inner core,
your heart and soul store.
Like zombies the walking dead,
infecting your head.
I'm still thawing out,
from taking the wrong route.
With all my might,
I ran for the light,
my heart and soul
left an hour before.
They tried to get
me to hit the door,
but oh foolish me,
I wanted to spread some light,
thaw out the frozen sight.
Without my heart and soul,
my mind began to fold,
As it was closing down,
my body started moving around,
searching for the core
of my humanities store.
My brain screamed out,
"get out,
get out before its too late,
nothing you can do here mate!"
So I retreated,
with my exit completed,
my heart and soul
jumped back inside
my body mold.
warmed me,
resuscitated me.
I'm ok,
for this day.
The adventure
continues.
