Sit up in church,
probably the devils lurch.
Bible in hand,
praying to the supreme man.
Suppose to be a person of faith,
but traveling the contradictory path.

Telling me I should read the Bible everyday,
have faith their way.
Passing judgement,
with their phony contentment,
no question in mind resentment,
aura phony dominant.

Same people lie, cheat and steal,
then get caught during the double deal.
Cast an eye on the Catholic priest,
one's you'd expect least.
As a whole,
the Catholic religion has a strong mold.
Its just those few bad apples in the barrel,
that need a new referral.

I use to know this person of faith who read the Bible everyday. Lie in your face right away. Then criticize me because I didn't read the Holy book her way. Curse you out at a blink, then steal your pockets before you wink.

I may not worship your way,
but I do have faith and pray,
in my own personal way.
Don't worry about my judgement day,
I'll be the one that has to pay.

I don't lie, cheat and steal,
and forget the little boy sex appeal.
Neither do I rob and kill.

A saint,
I ain't,
(Since I'm no saint,
I can use ain't),
here there's no phony restraint,
no fake picture of paint,
just me,
speaking my mind free.

How you going to be a liar or worse with the Bible in your hand,
passing judgement over the other man?
