sometimes i think we all forget,
don't judge a man or lady till we walk
in their shoes, share their bad news, for
their agony and motivation we may have
no clues. who knows the extent they've
been abused, messed over and used.
if some of you walked in my footsteps
you would probably wonder, maybe trip
up and blunder, especially at the force of
my thunder, lighting struck hard dealing me
a very tragic card. the lowest one in the
deck, so i change the deck, made the trump
card, the low card.
on i play
my own way!
play my hand, you might understand, you
might deal, want another meal, leave my
table, become unstable, but i'm still strong,
even though things went terribly wrong.
my life has always been hard, plagued with
confusion, yet i'm not confused, i understand
me, i even understand you, this i do. my nature
allows for compensation in
human relation.
if you can't read this it doesn't matter, it only
matters that i wrote it, why did i write it? why
do any of us write it? we think it! why not write it?
when i'm old
and
about to leave
i'll read my words,
if my eyes can still see,
i left my words in a confused
world, maybe they might help some poor confused
soul, if not, they certainly helped this soul unscramble
the scrambled. vision through my sight, my right to
figure out my own puzzle, lifes puzzle.
so it is wrote.
