Say it, say it, tell it like it is. What makes you want to scream out loud,
what makes you want to break down and cry?

A brain talking inside my head,
influencing the way I think,
then flowing out into my ink.
A lot of things I don't want to say,
but I ink them anyway.
Feelings harassing my being,
vibrating my pen to write something.

I think to much,
then I write too much.
It's hard to hold expression inside,
sooner or later it will break for the outside.

My new years crashed on me,
all my plans ran from me.
As I chased them in the night,
they put up a hell of a fight.
The red man was leading the marathon,
knowing he would win this one.

I ended up back home sitting with you,
slept in my big comfortable chair near you.
In other words I spent my new years on AD,
all night long it was just my computer and me.
As the clock strunk 12 and the old year ended,
my body I stretched and extended.
Then grabbed my throw,
fell back and slept some more.

I'm still sitting right here,
right here in my big comfortable chair.
Still got a pocket full of money,
I never got to spend on my honey.
She got lost also,
where I don't really know.
My wife went her way,
and I went my way.
Neither one of us hit the highway.

It's morning right now as I write,
at least we didn't get into a new years fight.
I didn't even get a new years kiss,
but we'll overcome this.
Been overcoming for the last twenty years,
I don't have no marriage fears.

I have life fears,
high blood pressure tears.
A dose of medicine taken,
cause my whole new years to be crashing.
Knocked me right out,
changed my entire joy route.

Back to the drawing board.

Happy New year all.
Got a story better than mine,
lets here it.

G

Home is a good place to spend New Years Eve and the Authors Den has a lot of good reading.

I spent New Years Eve working on a puzzle.

Well the best place for me to heal and to gain any inner power is to write about my deepest thoughts here at AD!! Here I can tell the world what bugs me and there is no "Human Voice" that Yells back at me!!
If I don't like what I read or see... I just click to the next page!!
Ignore it (thats not easy sometimes) and cry my heart out!!

Thanks for this talk!!

Love Tinka
