It would seem,
all some want to do is blow off steam.
Mad about this,
mad about that.
Quite a few pick up the baseball bat,
swing the fist,
take a violent twist.

In traffic driving around,
a whole lot of anger can be found.
Everyones in a hurry,
letting anger push the foot in fury,
next thing you know they're sitting in front of a jury.
Pass you like a jet out of hell,
they're trying to get somewhere can't you tell!
Further down the road,
they're driving like a toad.
Hey!
I thought you were in a hurry,
why were you driving with so much fury.

In all walks of life,
others anger causes misery and strife.
My anger use to cost me,
for years I worked to be anger free.
If I could not get so mad,
I might end up being more glad.
After many, many years,
I have conquered my anger fears.

Anger is the true foe,
but it takes awhile to know.
Controlling anger,
relieves some of the pressure of danger.
Others actions maybe unknown,
but yours will not be a clone.
No clone,
no pick the bone,
with the bone not picked,
anger will be kicked,
right out the door,
forever more!

You thought it had gone,
but you're back picking the bone.
This anger thing,
seems to always swing,
what is it with its ring?
It just pops out of nowhere,
even when we're not aware,
control it if you dare.

So you dare,
because you care.
If you truly care,
then you'll truly dare!
Anger is like a stick of dynamite,
waiting to explode on site.
Once blown,
life could be gone.
If life doesn't go,
anger learns a smoother flow.
Live and learn,
crash
or
burn!
