A young one.. 17.. Found in a box

Angel of mercy.. Set her free.. Free from the mind that entombs her.. in guilty agony. Take away her childish eyes.. That only see what was disguised.. Not the reality.. Only lies. Time to let her go.. Let her understand at last.. She was one small insignificant part of the story.. One unseen pebble on the path through life. Yet, the shame consumes her.. As if her heart is made of hollowed glass.. Filled with the darkness.. of regrets long past. Now cracked from years of self blame.. Shards of small tainted glass.. fall from her heart.. To keep the child from within her from truly loving.. Lest the rest fall apart.
