To Much To fast.. Worrying wondering fighting.. To make it last.. Yet.. wanting it all over.. in the past.. Fight today.. Regrets tomorrow.. Life is nothing.. If not filled with sorrow.. Questions with no answers.. Hundreds it seems.. No book with an answer.. To enlighten me.. No one to care enough... No one to listen to my dreams.. Empty and Broken.. I am so tired.. I feel my spirit... give up this useless fight.. No use in fighting .. When there is no reason.. no answer to make things right. Love nonexistent.. Unless with pain.. What can we hope to gain.. Your in the light.. I am in the dark.. Both of us blinded .. You blinded by light of the sun.. I am blinded by the darkness of the night.. We are lost Equally wrong.. Equally right.. But this knowledge does nothing.. To ease our pathetic shame.. Yes.. We are so different.. Yet we are the same.. Searching for love.. Even in pain
This book represents a thirty-day period of my poetry journal. Each poem addresses
the dominant thoughts occupying my mind during the early morning hours of a given
day.
