Corners, corners Fruit abounds Possibly rotten Possibly sweet We meet between silences Meet within hurt Memories… Sun beating down Pain enlarging heart Places not found Drowning without making sound Even when skies are brown Tornadoes sweeping ground Twirling, twirling around Woman equals love Man equals hound Saying things profound Makes peace before storm Makes love without harm Probably rotten Possibly sweet Corners, corners Where we meet Back pocket journal, pen Words dripping 45 degrees, 90 degrees Corners, corners Where we meet Corner, corners Angles, upright feet Stature tall Love takes all Where peace leads Woman, man Boxed Spin 360 degrees When 100 degrees Get off bent knees Praying- God aware God conjoined Always reborn Always scorned Love fate Wash worn feet Corners, corners Where we meet
