Crime can not remove crime. You can remove it only with the clean hands of humnity. This poem is dedicated to all those who wish to live in peace and love with their brothers and sisters regardless of who believes what.
Evil took up weapons to fight evil
Human blood spilled with impunity
Morality pushed to margins of despair
Ethics drowned in rivers of anarchy
Justice stabbed in the back, bleeding
humanity, most serious of all victims,
lies helplessly on the sands of defeat
But it will rise with renewed strength
It shall bring us together again
to enjoy life in a world devoid of greed and discrimination.

In June, 2000, two college students — Amy Shute and Jason Burgeson — were approached by a group of men. Forced into the backseat and driven to a remote location, they were murdered in cold blood.
