Many people in my city do good things but most of them do it within the domain of crime and so they are regarded as crime facilitators while others do it outside the premises of warlordism and so they are regarded as apple in the eye of peace.

In the rubbish-strewn roads of this city
A man weilds a gun aiming to shoot
The target is a bus with passengers
Or a truck loaded to full capacity
The motive is a quick economic gain
Failure to pay him extortion money
Would lead to indiscriminate spray
There is a mediator who makes peace
On one hand the mediator saves people
While on the other he encourages evil
He is the refree of a dirty crime game
No matter which side of the line he stands
An evil coin is negative at both sides

Within this same city a women hawks
She is a midwife with long experience
She helps poor mothers deliver safely
For those who can not pay the charges
She asks no payment for the services
No matter which side of the line she stands
She shines at both sides of the peace coin
