I have said before that there will be peace on earth when every person decides that it is up to them to make it a reality. Politicians really don't care much about the world situation because they are in there position for a short period of time, so making as much (money) as they can during that time, at the expense of everyone else is certainly not above them. A big part of the problem lies with us, though. We are all way too busy defining our differences, instead of concentrating on our similarities. This type of action will always cause division and prejudice and will never result in equality. Vital statements made in this poem, Abdi-Noor.
