Dear Brother Abdinoor, this is so true in the case of Somali militia leaders. The more useful people they kill the more respected they become. It is so sad but that is the reality. Thank you for sharing this wise poetry with all.

Brother, Please do not get discouraged by the circumstances in our country. We really need people like you- Positive thinkers who can express their inner feelings for the benefit of humanity. You are my role model in wisdom. I was shocked the other day when I saw your poem about your wisdom not reaching the target population. I am a Somali like you and I am a regular viewer of your poems. I try to make adjustments to my life using your wisdom. I am sure there are many more who do the same. You are our inspiration and your poetry is our heristage-here to stay forever. Abdi-Noor, I missed this yesterday. I am so glad that I ran across it this morning. It occurred to me awhile back that placing all Islamics in the pool of terrorists would be akin to placing all Christians in the pool of White Supremesists. You are right and I pray that people listen and think it through. God bless you, Abdi-Noor.

Politicians and terrorists are kind of synonymous these days, depending on which side of the issues you are on, and both take stands that are not in the best interest of their people and their homeland; then we have the press and media stiring it all up to create more hatred. This, in turn, gets us all to tune into the news and buy more newspapers, which puts more money in their pockets. The more division there is among the people of this planet, the more power the politicians and terrorists will have because we will not band together to insisist upon and create freedom for all. Allah or God, no matter the name we choose, teaches us to love each other as He loves us. Murdering in the name of God or Allah, is nothing short of blasphemy. Thank you for keeping your pen moving upon the page in these difficult times for Somalia and the world.

Sadly all religions are used for excuses for the most terrible crimes on this earth. Any form of hate is evil at play. Understanding and acceptance of all that is life is felt through love. Love is the only answer :-) Enjoyed your write.

Many people don not understand their own relgion, let aone somene elses. I can think of no oth religion tthaat, given the appropriate changes would not call your poem the best what it means to be a member "our faith". So very well done,

Then they could elect people with similar characteristics that will provide ways of seeking peace and prosperity through the right methods and not through wars.I pray this can be the way soon! I have known good Muslims and bad Muslims, I have seen those who pray sincerely and those who travel during Ramadan to avoid fasting. But all I know is that so many muslims and others die by the hands of muslims themselves.
