Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is a sore in the neck of humanity
They are the budding flowers of hope
But they Grow in the soil of abuse
They are the pride of their community
Preserved with the pain of mutilation
They are victims of group circumcision
They are exposed to the dangers of HIV/AIDS
From one girl to another a knife moves across
Blood drips from it as the painful cut continues
Nobody knows if the virus is passed within
Sad. When shall this evil practice be eradicated?
Where are the FGM activists?
you have brought to the fore-front something that i'm sure alot have over looked, everyone assumes that the spread is because of some sterotypical view they have on us as blacks and our sexual behavior or drug use but this crime for sure plays a very big role...the activist? you know this is by design this is /was no accident
