Extremism closes all doors of peaceful negotiations; it never respects other cultures, religions or even ways of life adopted by certain communities. An extremist tries to stop cultural domination by his sword while being smothered in a sea of western technology, which affects his life on daily basis. I don't know how one can make a change on his life without cooperating with the rest of the world to promote peace and stability and in exchange or transfer of technology.
I am a Somali Moslem
I have a long beard
Rhetoric are the words I vow
In peacetime I promote Islam
In wartime I defend my clan
Intolerable are those infidels
Who mark me as a terrorist
I'm just a Moslem extremist
I attack non-Moslems everywhere
I don’t share anything with them
Though without them life is difficult
Nor can i fight without their weapons
I entirely depend on their technology
I need their knowledge and technology
I can't sustain life without them
But I won’t integrate or imitate them
I defend my beloved Islamic religion
Not through peace and love
Not through understanding
But by the sword of Allah
Cultures swallow cultures
But never shall Islam
Allahu Akbar
This poem reflects the thinking and warped view of extremists everywhere. The defensiveness of extremist religions shows the poor understanding/empathy with others; you have expressed that so well in your poem. It is worth reading many times, as much as (with some word changes) it can speak of 'Christian' crusaders, or Hindu mobs, or anyone. Lest we forget how close we walk to that line...
No matter who we are or what we look like, in the end we all must answer to God!

God is indeed greater than anything in this world, because He created it. Now I believe Islam accepts the Genesis. And in the Genesis God comanded that no one should kill another human being.
