When love drowns in a sea of hatred
And no one ventures to save it
When hope fades in the horizon of evil
And no one comforts the weeping hearts
When peace hides in the shadow of war
And no one takes the risk to hoard it
When the wise marches behind the fool
And no one can dare speak with freedom
When rights of a person are trampled on
And no one demands justice to be meted
When all the above and many more happen
It is time to read the signs of time
it is a world crumbling over itsef
But peace-lovers shall be saved though
As the grandiose demise is not physical
It is indeed a mighty moral collapse
Evil shall be swept in the shores of truth
And in the shores of hope despair shall be washed away like wasted cans
But peace-lovers shall be saved though
As the grandiose demise is not physical
It is indeed a mighty moral collapse
Evil shall be swept in the shores of truth
And in the shores of hope despair
shall be washed away like wasted cans!
