Oil is a major factor of conflict
Wherever we see oil we see war
Just like fire when we see smoke
But sometimes the opposite is true
We see war where there is no oil
Do wars have a common denominator?
Why is wealth a blessing for some
And a devastating curse for others?
Is Somalia set ablaze for its lack of oil?
Or is it punished for a wealth still in the papers?
Africa's blessing, its natural resources, is also its greatest curse. Hatred and killing over oil, diamonds, gold, ivory..... the cry of human pain that brings us to human shame for her agony.
