I seldom write of an episode
Of which I have no experience
Never seen in the print word
Nor listened or watched in TV
But simply born out of my mind
Clinging on the aprons of my muse
Taking shape as moods shift by
Testing my power of imagination
Till a poem is birthed inside itself

Powerful write, I do think that the imagination can unlock doors that leads to places we've never gone, places that we can only dream of, yet allow us to experience a vast and wonderful variety of wonders! Yes, the imagination is a great thing...I encourage my students to delve deep within their imagination on a daily basis and have them write stories, poetry, and illustrate outstanding works of art! Great write!
