Food aid comes but ends up in the pockets of the armed militia. Somalis need a force which can protect them from their own government, otherwise they will all perish. In an interview with the Somali Prime Minister, Nur Adde, he spoke with utter indifference to the plight of the Somali people. He has issued nothing less than a license of robbery to his militia when he said "Looting is not something we can stop as we are not in a position to pay our militia".

Dear Mom I can feel your pain

As hunger steers in my stomach

Your native land's plight is not a new one in the annals of man. Rather a continuing saga that moves across the fertile plains of mankind and history in a never ending cycle. Reaping the good peolpe of the earth in a blind swipe of the scythes swung by the arms of indifferent tyrants. Hunger is pervassive throughout the world today. Even in the the land of plenty, the U.S.A., hunger is a daily reality for untold millions! Only the citizens of every nation are capable of eventually righting this wrong.
