The Somali parliament is divided along clan and tribal lines. The major clans are ONE while the minority clans are ZERO POINT FIVE. So the name of the equation is called four point five. Unless this unfair balance is broken somalia will not get out of its present mess of poverty and political instability.

Too much oppression, for too long a time, of a people growing more and more desperate ... is a looming powder-keg which MUST eventually bring down the oppressive government. Those who understand trends will position themselves to guide a new government into a new platform of fairness so that revolution may be no longer an option.
