While I thought this write, was a little over the top, I can appreciate the sentiments, for there is so much hypocrisy in this world, and so much killing in the name of God, so much embezellment of monies, and the list goes on!!!
I believe at the heart and mind of all men, whatever their race, creed, religion if any, is a concience, and that is what decides the difference between wanting to know the " Greatest Power of the universe" Creator of all that exists, and giving the appropriate homage to HIM. I will call HIM Yaweh, in the hebrew tongue, and of his Son Yashua, if that causes less offence.
I have precious little time for institutions that dictate, and oppress people with laws that cause ppl suffering, and do not allow free will. That is not love, that is an opppressive dictorate!!
Yaweh gave us a free will, as he did not want puppets, he wanted us to love us of our free will and thinking.
I choose to love HIM, and I find he has never abandoned me.
Each person moves in his/her direction in their own time, according to their experiences in life and understandings gleaned from it.

I don’t feel good about the title and the addressing of this poem, but I understand the author’s reason... “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN”, – could be a fair title for this poem; and, if the author allows me – or something on the same line, considering that this was written by a Poet.
I did enjoy the reading of the poem and its contents, and did admire the author’s courageous releasing.
As long as the political scholars define races and the religion's leaders sell their soul and civil life to Mammon; as long as the United Nations is used for cover up of criminals under the flag of States; and, as long we don’t understand that on the planet earth there is only one RACE of people, and that is the Human Race, There shall be no harmony and understanding among mankind.
I hope that we wake up from this long going HYPNOTIC TRANCE, and follow the path of JUSTICE, before our children are drowned on a river of blood.
You choose to believe there is no God; I choose to believe there IS. I can't judge you; not my place. I was saddened to read this...so much anger! If you'd get to know Him, maybe you'd feel differently...the God you describe is not the One I know.
You are welcome to believe whatever you wish, Sara as am I, but if you feel that those who believe differently than you should all exit the planet then you are as bad if not worse than they are. Different is not the same as wrong!! This is America...learn to be flexible.

Don't you just hate when people are so passionately convicted to do what they do that they just blurt it out at the expense of the intelligence and civilities of those of the scornful intelligentsia.
It's sad when those people lack the finesse that makes them more politically correct and easily assimilable.

You're still popular though despite how jaded your opinions are. If people rejected you for your passionate opinions and convictions, and how they are expressed, they would be no better than you are!

Well stated Sara as agnostic, I to get offended by those who say I must go to church, I must pay the church, I can't worship in ;my own way and honor God in my own way by being a good person. I am told I cannot be a good person if I don't go to church yet so many bad people also go to church. Well said girl, no flack from me.

From a personal corner, I keep most of my religious convictions and practices close to me, since I don't care for evangelism, as practiced by people who will not leave be alone.
