Lived a selfish life most of my crazy turbulent life here on planet earth
Mean to those who only tried to love me back, but it was not my fault
The Great Heavenly Spirit God in the sky above blessed me with a cold icy heart
Dead soldiers of wars, wrecked households, ruined relationships, a wake of pungent garbage
Everywhere I stepped, and everyone I met I left them with an odor of pure carnage
A political firestorm of lies and power fueled by my own self interests
Never meant to hurt no on intently it was just my peculiar sense of nature
Most of my fifty years, I was blinded by the work of the devil, and his evil ways
This however all changed when I met a Hatshepsut Pharaoh queen of the snakes
Down at the local pub in the big city where all the vampires drink each other’s blood
But she was no vampire; she stood out amongst the usual clan crowd of trashy tramps
She said her name was Victoria, but that was not what really caught my interest that night
It was her long black hair, deep green eyes, and her curvy figure, that of a broken arrow
We made small talk till the new dawn sun began to rise east of the long lazy swampy river
I turned my head for just a quick brief second to light my tobacco filled cigarette
But when I glanced back in her direction, the gypsy witch woman just disappeared into dry thin air
So I left the bar under the orange red morning sun, and retired back to my loft in the old meat district
As I rested my head on the soft pillow in the king size bed of mine during the early hours after dawn
I drifted off to that universal space and drums of dreams, and like a lightning flash there she was again!
My hard heart turned to jelly and she just whispered something simple in my now in tune eardrums,
“Take this very special Egyptian necklace gift that means the world to me with you into the afterlife,
And someday soon in the future good friend of mine, I will see you once again, my true good love.”
A few days later, they buried me at the cemetery that no one attended, but in spirit I was not alone…
