The way people seem may hold true to truth
Or the illusion could be an act
Whatever may be it's up to you
you and you only
to make the choice for yourself
To determine a decision is difficult
The overall effect may be delicately unstable
The ending choice unwanted or disturbed
But being your own self is the only way to survive
Being yourself may really be following the crowd
But you have to determine that before you hop in line
If you take off for the ride you'll eventually get thrown off
Those whose interest disappears, disappear also
So you don't have to develop into the folds of the crowd
Or the riches of this advice
The only commitment you have to make is to yourself
