When I was young,I remember so much.

Like my grandmother’s smile

 & my grandmother’s touch.

The foods she would make

 in her own special way,

Like strawberry shortcake

 we’d have from day to day.

I would awake without the help of alarms,

For I was excited

to watch Family Feud in her arms.

So long ago all of this seems.

I have the grandma

that’s in most people’s dreams.

For the time in our lives goes by way too fast,

But my future has been made

 from the things of my past.

God blessed me so much

 from the time I was born.

For I had a friendship already in form.

My grandmother is very important to me.

Without her GREAT LOVE

I don’t know where I’d be.

A grandma, A friend, all this is true .

I don’t know anyone as special as YOU!!!
