Poem Artwork

What can I give you,
O, the love of my life?
Neither wealth nor glory.
Well, since I’ve nothing
pure to offer you, I offer
you my virginity; accept it, please.
But let not the union between
us, be our only motive. Yet,
“Oh! O, my love. Come closer to me,
fear me not; I am the one amongst us.”
Let us soar on the ocean of our lips,
swayed by the oar of our righteous hips
and paint heaven in our core with the
in woven –flowery soul, of our ethereal rose.

Dear Bhuwan,

What you have to offer is priceless! And in my eyes, there is no gift more pure or precious.

Your heart a fountain of wealth and your love the glory, who would be fool enough to reject a gift so rare?

This is beauty voiced through the power of pen and a loving heart.

Wonderful poetry BRAVO!!
Bariya kavya syabas!

warm hugs

I like the title. It's so eye catching, yet knowing your style of writing, I knew there would be deep meaning beneath the act of having sex for the first time. This is a gentle, delicate, yet forceful poem. Beautifully created, thoughtfully wrought.

Bhuwan, I don't think you need to offer her your virginity. Your love will do, as well as your wonderful gift for poetry. ~ Sara

"I offer you my virginity" brings a gift of understanding
to libidinal emotions. It is a tool of social reconstruction.

Enjoyed this composition and learned from it.
"I offer you my virginity" has delivered a profound message.

Your words transcend the sexuality in our world today and wish our young people (and older ones) had the wisdom to experience the gift of giving oneself completely the first time. Truly inspirational.
