Murmur in my ears, The words I want to hear. My heart is broken down, Don’t leave it on the ground. Please hold me and love me, Help me wipe my tears. Tell me you miss me, And I'm all you dream about. Say you need me, Through the nighttime Say it's me, You don't want to live without. Hold my parched heart With your gentle love Please don’t let it fall And break it like the trust Take the sunshine From the sky And place it gently Before my eyes Hold your soul Against my breast And feel the soothing Peace you seek Take a piece Of heaven And share it Here with me Don’t turn the corner I can’t see you leave Take me with you forever And put me in your heart I will wait for you forever Even if you harshly Wave me good-bye And tell me to get lost from your sight Always remember…. Goodbye is not forever. It's just something that we say, To people that we know, we'll see another day. This one made me smile broadly it is so wise and hopeful....those corners can be tricky at times but worth reaching for with a hopeful heart. Your poems are inspirational.
