short and powerful expression and so true. My company has a program with a tape titled, "the enemy within." It references the same idea you have in your write. It teaches you to deal with the inner voice and use it in a positive manner. For example we are all programmed during our life times by other people, if a father constantly called his child a big dummy, the boy may grow up thinking this, which in turn may hold him back. To defeat such a strong dilemma inside one merely has to realize that they were handicaped by such negative reinforcement, then learn to use it in a positive manner. This is how I became a published author, the inner voice that kept telling me I couldn't do it was replaced with a stronger voice that said, "I'm going to do it right or wrong." and I did it. take care G
