Hello Jesus
My name is Robert
I'm twenty months old
I have a problem and need your help

I'm a sick little boy
Mommy and daddy say its cancer
I'm to little to understand
I want to be home playing with my toys

Instead I lay here in this bed
Tubes of junk running through my veins
Mommy and daddy are afraid for me
They love me so much

I don't know what will happen to me
Only mommy and daddy do
But it doesn't look good from all the tears I see
I sleep so much

This is where you come in
I'm not sure what prayer is
But everyone is talking about it
My mommy and daddy need prayers

They don't have time to talk to you
For all their time is with me
So I thought I would take this time
To ask you Jesus to pray for my mommy and daddy and grandma and pap pap

I see you bending over them now
Your hands on their shoulders
They like you Jesus see them smile
I know you will take good care of them I can tell

Mommy and daddy please don't be angry
Everyone is saying prayers for me
But they need to know mommy and daddy needs them to
I love you mommy and daddy
