Waiting for the News They called their names Stepped up two by two Water bottle fell from the sky Swirling dust clouds rise Children coughing restlessly Dog biting on his bone Waiting, waiting for the news Train rolls by the little station Slowly smiles flow hard Across the face of the crowd No news is good for all They turn and all go home © 2007 Dayvid Graybill

With all the chaos of media and tabloid paparazzi, turning around and going home is serenity...this poetry and the accompanying pic reminds me of the Josh Turner song Long Black Train...little of Johnny Cash here, too, Dayvid...lyrical...
