We become what we dream. May the world begin to embrace this dream so that ALL have life!
Big Bright Light Big bright light coming out of the sky Like a seven-forty-seven at the end of a flight Ten thousand angels on the head of a pin God comes into Mary and makes the world spin. Jesus in the temple just a rollin loaded dice Netanyahu and Mahmoud Abbas playing together nice World leaders gather to drink wine with bread to eat Stooping to serve, they wash each other’s feet. Earth keeps turning but darkness does not fall Soldiers stop killing, hearing lost love’s call From high on Mount Everest sweeping around the world A dove flying high, wild, and the song of a little girl. Dice in the temple fall again and its always double six God and Mary in the mighty throes of passion lookin for a fix World keeps spinning and everyone’s making love Big bright light intensely coming down from above. © 2010 Dayvid Graybill

Dayvid, I agree with Sage, I felt such exuberance from this poem..I enjoyed the way you wrote this..

Amazing Grace quatrains! With gentle reverence, Dayvid. We have all endured something together. A message of Peace to all in the world. Let us not have another Big Bright Light winked out or another light extinguished from hatred. This has a Leonard Cohen lyrical feel to it and a Fogerty vocal...I'm wondering how it would sound as a song hovering over the crap tables in Casino Jesus! An olive branch and a lot cup to you. Shake the crap out of those dice!
