This heart will never mend.
It’s shattered beyond all repair.
My broken heart will never hinder,
Even with you standing there.

All those things you could have said,
And all the nights that could have been.
Will never come to the heart of the dead,
Who never seem to wake again...

And you say...
Hold me tightly only to let me go again.
Kiss my lips with your eyes closed lightly,
And tell me when this is over...

Time has passed and it’s chilling still,
How your smile makes me weak.
The power of the soul that it kills,
Makes me hardly able to speak...

And I say...
Go away...
I don’t need you here with me anymore.
And you stay...
Even as you pretend to walk out of my door.

And it kills me inside to see you this way,
But there’s no choice left for me.
I may regret it too someday,
But for now it’s time for you to leave...

Hi Mariah
This was a lovely toughing piece
Yes I know Love Is hard
It can be very painful all around
Love hurts when there is too much
And it hurst when it is gone.
