A succinct and wise articulation of the alternative to hate, bitterness and desire for revenge against perceived physical and /or emotional injury. Presented with admirable clarity and brevity.

I think you are right on the money with this one Anita. The lines between the dictonary defiantion of the word and what most of us are capable of and often flirt the fringes of is very thin.
