Accept that some days you're the pigeon and other days you're the statue. Anonymous STATUE Acid kisses, Amnesic tears Trapped in limestone Endless years A form created out of rock Gaze and gestures.....forever... locked Who knows what resides inside If thoughts abound and spirits hide? Consider all the statue sees If they would speak......could we believe? Pax A 1/26/02

You're such a great writer, Anita. Interesting scenario. It's thought provoking. I instantly wondered about the Statue of Liberty and Abe Lincoln. What have they seen? Great work:)
