Everything comes gradually and at its appointed hour.......Ovid

VESSEL OF PEACE

The heart of a poet, the soul of a child
Slumbers in innocence, devoid of all guile
The mind, the body, heart and soul
Poured forth from vessel, blended and whole

The gentle breeze caressing sails
Beneath a silver moon, so pale
The vessel glides on waters clear
Through mists and fogs it perseveres

On oceans of peaceful crystal visions
Sail far from harm, and time's, collision
The past is last, and life goes on
With tides you can rely upon

Sail the vessel, that houses the soul
Rest on the seas, as the waves roll.....
Pour forth from the vessel, the soul, of the child
To the harbor of innocence, across the sea's miles

Peace

~Anita~
