Gaining knowledge in versification
Consists in daily increasing of one's vocabulary;
Following the natural way in wordsmithing
Consists in daily decreasing of stock of words.
To keep on decreasing means
To decrease some more
Till entering the state of awake silence --
The total lack of words in a point of time. . .
This means that in lack of words in poetry
Nothing will be left unpoetized;
In order to write a good verse a poet
Keeps away from smithing many words
As any endeavour to do it by virtue of poetizing,
Will only lead one to inevitable fault.
This is because trustworthy words
Are not beautified;
Beautified words are not trustworthy.
When the right hand of the Enlightened
Picked up a while flower, in no time
An airy smile on the face of only one
Among his many adherents
Illuminated the grand audience
With a new wordless wisdom.
