Poem Artwork

Don't lose yourself on the trend
Of a madly joyful but a new wave --
There are so many poor fellows
Who didn't live thru the wintertime.

Yes, some prefer the fall as a season,
Others anticipate the springtime eagerly;
The tricks hide themselves in question
Which is buried deeply in the mind.

One cherishes boldness all one's life,
But comes to be easy ruined by vanity;
Another strives for luxury and wealth
That turned out to be a pure blindness.

Oh, so many misconceptions
Are well united in the deafness
Which is a true denial of vulgarity.
As for sloth, it seems no one yearns for.

But, like anyone else, I have to hollow
My dark cavity, while, as anybody else,
I am a devoted follower of love and peace,
Of sympathy and harmony in relationships.

The problem is that I've just had neither luck
Nor solid fortune in my life; I do belong
To Air zodiac code that let me soar in mid air,
Alas, without descending to the firm earth.

Being an Air sign as well, I can be zaney and serious at the same time. As for people.....all a bit "touched" in their own ways. Air signs are able to deal with it! I enjoyed your poem immensely!!

Love ya!

Jane

If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all. Just keep soaring, the view's better.
