A most confusing language, indeed. I better brush up on my Polish; my dogs seem to prefer it, and it drives my wife nuts when she can't understand what I'm telling them!
You've captured the English language beautifully! i know some foreigners that speak English but not well. Oh, the confusion they go through! A very dear friend of mine is from India, and when he tries to speak slang, he'll have you rolling on the floor! Hugs,
