The blanket of snow Covers the earth Like a soft Cleansing Until the beeping Snowplow arrives And stirs up all of The dirt underneath. It is much like Going to Mass, Receiving communion And the cleansing Breath of God, Only to walk out The door of the church and The real world Returns. Susan Bergeron December 27, 2010
