Love Love can be Warm and soft As a purring kitten. It snuggles up to us, Safe, making us Feel secure. Love ages and matures And suddenly it Changes, Sneaking up on us Like a stalking lion, Playing cat and mouse With our emotions, Playing with us Until we no longer Run and play, It saunters off To find new prey. Right on! Love does change for most of us and the years fade by. A few are fortunate enough to keep that love...for for most of us...its not.

Oh how observant this is. Love only lasts whilst the games are fun. Then it is off in a flash. I think people are losing the art of long term relationships as the skills required to maintain them fade away along with the desire to do so.
