Not a hockey fan and didn't watch, but the papers were full of the crazy things that the idiot fans did.... what a black eye for the city, the team and the sport. We humans are a stupid lot, not counting you, of course.

Can't agree with you any more, Susan. Losing to a team that, in that particular series of games, were better, or got the breaks, or any number of things that resulted in coming in second best is no shame. The shame is our culture. Would they have rioted if their team had won? Maybe. It has happened. I think the fans of the Chicago Bulls of the NBA rioted even though they had won. Sometimes rioting is a coverup for criminal activities. Whatever it is, it is shameful, but the world has lost the ability to feel shame about anything. Think Weiner. He isn't/wasn't/never will be, shamed by his acts. Now I hear they are talking a reality television show for the idiot.
