Creative Poetry

Creative poetry is always in motion,
words flowing directly from the heart,
tales of lust, love, hate, and devotion,
thoughts that fade but fail to ever part.

Words form picturesque scenes in our mind,
the real key to our inner desires and thoughts,
leaving an impression lasting the test of time,
raw beauty and splendor that can’t be bought.

Each verse holding an enigma all it’s own,
over the ages of time we’ve come to know,
true hearted poetry sets it’s own living tone,
from it’s crude nucleus we all learn to grow.

A river cascading in rhythm and rhyme,
brings forth the raw beauty from within,
there to cherish, to possess and call mine,
it is the essence of where it all will begin.

Wondrous gifts from the heavens above,
helping us to survive life’s endless war,
such words set to verse in hate and love,
leaves us with a thirst for wanting more.
