As you tower over me now

and flex your muscles sheepishly

and joke and endeavor to

assimilate everything,

I pray.

I challenge you:

ask the hard questions....

take nothing for granted.

Know giants from little men,

starved of heart

with barbed-wire tongues.

Recognize women of worth,

whose deeds and words

array them with beauty.

Walk in light. 

Esteem people highly;

engage in spiritual warfare

agaist recognized evil;

win your generation.

Your ocean eyes

glint with future skirmishes

and glorious victory.
