sages come and sages go
bringing and taking
stories
to be told
some just hang there
going either way
sages voice a wisdom
bits and pieces of common sense
missives
dispensed for those building virtue
experience
and
understanding
a
must have for real living
the need to discover real truth
a modicum of perception
sages come and go
mostly go
from what I know
a must for understanding
and
a
chunk of real accepting
a
bottomless canyon of truth
awaiting a flower a leaf
floating quietly
swaying
to bounce upon the floor.
What would life be like with the sages stories? To read, absorb, and ingest stories has been such a large part of my life. I'm, of course, not alone. People need the storyteller's stories!
