apogee on sand [venus revisited]

touch me again…

perceive me where yesterday the voluptuousness
of the pulp recoiled, finally tame, between the valves.
one more shell, upon the sand of tardy passers-by.
the ones who rummage through the shades, you know.
those who profane the secrets of the whelks
in their terrene thirst of hearing, more divine, the sea.

the sea, here, today, this early, ploughed in your
return and the sparse pearliness of the salt.

perceive me where these words, poetic, are the reflux
of the foam of mute fulfillments, after the cresting tide.

where hips blissfully ebbed.

where the cult is now the one of seaweed outspread
in the sun on the apogee of sand, the altar.

like one sole body, the temple, conceptual.

love me again…

the mystery of the quintessential sea unites bodies ...

unique vein and imagery supplanted by the passion of the conceptual ...

Words, phrases, descritions and beauty that does definatly fly before the wind of the ordinary poet are these lines of yours my dear friend. An offer divine from you as you ride throught the heavens to your lover. who like you is also just one shade higher then the norm. Well done Alexandra, very unique poem shining with the light.

An invitation I would never refuse!

Let us ride, together, the crest of all waves of love that swell within our hearts, over and over again, resting occasionally between the ebb and flow upon the shore, until the tide carries us away once more into our ocean of dreams.

What an extraordinary poem of passion you have written. Surely, Venus smiles more beautifully now than the Mona Lisa.

Amo te muito,
Joseph

You express the softness and tenderness of your soul in this
exquisite and potent pen..
You are a unique individual with a lot of innate wisdom and love to offer this crestfallen world, and you do it by the magnitude and power of your extraordinary words and art...

I'M CONFUSED BIG TIME

Ah, you soared above and beyond me in a couple of places, Alexandra, but even I could sniff out the premise and gist of your surrealistic (at least to me it is) poem. All of one person, which is many, many different concepts, ultimately merges with its mate, who also arrive with multi-facets in his makeup, but these two diverse individuals can merge into one complete form. If that is what you were going for, I think it is beautiful. Big time.
