Dipped in the absurdity of a thirst (intense) in burnt ochre the paintbrush eludes the decree of the fountain - manifest and turgid – at the center, precise, of the canvas. And it drinks, in a curved line across the garden portrayed and yet evasive, the sketch, between lucid blue and diluted greens, of a fluid allegory to spring. A spring yet unquenched, which nevertheless ultimately detains itself, complete or merely evolved into summer, by the corner, scarlet and ripe of a study of fruit (or perhaps of hunger, intense) that begins; with not a hint of trees but with pulp, and a mouth.
This is SUPER Alexandra~ STarK,Vivid and detailed in love /etc...

"Intensity" from the first line..."Dipped in the absurdity of a thirst..." An artist must be quenched to create...or bite, so to speak...therefore only "dipped"...Absurdity manifests with any lacking thereof. Eluding...evasive, detaining...yet portrayed, seasonly quenched...unending they back the other, until the fruit is harvested, until the painting is finished...it is only then, I bite...
Wow...I could see so much more in this...Alexandra~
Literally Enjoyed!
Love and Peace~

Minha Paixão,
Intensity is the result achieved by an artist who knows how to withold the paint from the canvas just until that perfect moment for passion to erupt. The mouth opens to the fruit in the same way that winter longs for and anticipates the coming spring. Your writing sets the sensual standard.

YOU paint well with the brushes of thought transmuted into word..thankyou
I don't know how else to say this, except to say your poem is a painting in and of itself. It's lovely, vivid, and like pastels on a canvas, so beautiful.
Love and respect,

Open minded look at the artistry of the picture and the soul and heart the artist put into the work. You see life as you see colours, vibrant, alive and always telling a story of what is around us. Great work Alexandra.
