perchance…
of his river
perchance
the bed…
neither lost nor path
perchance
the find of a thirst
that flows upstream
back to lips…
of my source
perchance
the fire.

Dearest friends, I want to thank you all for the absolutely amazing feedback to my previous poem – “Sweet Dreams (a recipe for lovers)”. I’m overjoyed that my humble gift to you was so enthusiastically appreciated, and I hope that you will all try both “recipes” not only once… but many, many times, and that you will enjoy both “versions” thoroughly! ;0)
I would also like to take this opportunity to ask you all to have a look at a short article that I have just posted; it’s really some news we want to share with you, about something wonderful that happened this weekend, and that has made us very, very happy and proud!
Once again, my heartfelt thanks to you all marvellous people, and my wishes of a fantastic week, with
Lots and lots of Love and {{{{{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
Your grateful friend,

the bed and the river are one and the same,
perchance ...
open lips are quenched of thirst
whether flowing up or downstream,
perchance ...
the fire and water are of the same source.
