It is salty - the dream straying to the lips. Like a prayer unhurried indented in the wind and ascended, cresting, from the ocean temple. In the cadence - flavour – of the waves that the sea crows swim - because they know - and that the vultures - because they can’t - eat rotten and chimerically sweet in silly, dizzy morsels washed ashore. Far. Infinitely far from the cliff.
I think I can relate to the sea crows and the vultures and I don't mind straying "far from the cliff" to have just a taste of those "silly, dizzy morsels" that are found on the shore.
Sharp agonizing images with stunning comparisons that flitter in the very edges of my understanding, This one will require re reading and contemplation.
