Poem Artwork

All the times I cried...wet lines down my cheeks...
searching for answers, where none exist.

Drifting, I search...pondering if this was
love or merely lust.

Sadness begins my day...wishing to be...
what is naught.

The sun to peak with warming rays, but
lonely is the black air that permeates the
stark night falling on my empty double bed.

Riddle Me...
Will I ever know?

As always, I love your poetry and your pictures. You often write what I feel in my heart. Love, Joem

You paint such a vivid picture, it draws me in, and makes be a part of it. Merely lust is one thing, a satisfaction of desire, but lust based on love is a wondrous thing.

For her what a question. Love or Lust! Hopefully Love depending on the whole situation of the night. For thats is the Question of the century for some. Take it from the WISE OLD OWL he knows. Very well penned Vivian. George AKA THE WISE OLD OWL

VIVIAN, A VERY POWERFUL WRITE. SOMETIMES WE NEVER KNOW THE ANSWERS IN OUR LIFETIME. I GUESS WE WOULD HAVE TO CALL IT AN EXPERIENCE...THAT HELPED US GROW ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
KEEP GOING MY FRIEND, YOUR WORK IS WRITTEN RIGHT FROM YOUR HEART AND SOUL. ANNA

The search goes on, Vivian,
and it's never easy finding ourselves
and understanding our relationships
with others. Love or lust? Eternal question.
i like your perspective and your thoughtfulness.

I doubt that you will ever know unless you find someone who can put this mystery in a box and lock it away, knowing true love finally.
