Are your emotions like a babbling
brook with fallen leaves...collective
upon a rock that only gathers moss
Is your love like stagnant pools
of water, reflective of only oneself
Affirm your self worth with the
magnitude of changing seasons
elicit each one
renewed with faith
much like the forest lives
with its branches extended
Let the whispers of the forest
fill your ears with the winds of
wisdom, for there is much
knowledge to be gained
with the velocity of all its might
in an aftermath of peace, when
life is Likened to a Forest glen

Somebody coined the phrase "nature deficit disorder" to describe the growing gap between us and the natural world. Your call to reconnect is well timed. Our ancestors knew a thing or two.
I like that "winds of wisdom" phrase; neat alliteration.

Ab-so-lutely! Let your mind wander alongside a babbling brook. Listen to the whispers of the leaves in the trees and find a knowledge you never expected to have be yours. Nice work.
