There is a rich resonant rustic ambiance about the architecture of this poem, a fitful flurry of footfalls radiant and restorative as the antiquarian meets the actuarial in robust austerity, regal and expansive, where the old world feel, where corridors of control, pull all that is real out of our mind's eye and hold it candle-like to the curios of the fantastic until the magic of the surreal is swallowed in the embers of an etherealism that is truer than true. This is another of your minor miracles wrought deftly in a major key, dearest Vivian. And once again, you have moved me.

There is certainly an air of gravitas about this, comes across better if read slowly; probably the choice of language, I like that.
