Here's to spending this night alone, again.
I miss you how long will I? It's been so long since we parted, but my heart refuses to except that as fact each day brings no relief from memories of a love so deep yet not deep enough to last January has slipped into December once again wherever you are tonight, baby, here's a toast to you I hope you're happy. so. Another unhappy new year to me

Very sad. Reminds me of my first Christmas alone in 2005. I cried myself to sleep thinking of my ex-husband spending Christmas with "her."

Dee this rings with an aching lonliness of a love that could not be put to rest. Maybe the New Year will find a new love for that is usually what gets us past an old one.

Hi Denise... oh my... being alone is one thing...but being alone on New Years is horrible.... I wish you love my friend...and hope that you will find the right one in 2009!!! He sure better be deserving of you tho!! Happy New Years.... and focus on only the positive...amazing how great it's going to be!! hugs, lindalaw

Denise, I can relate totally to this. ONe thing however, I am not going to spend another New Years Eve alone. That is something I am going to be working on this year..This year is going to be my Year of Love, and that is positively my priority!
